Who we are
VOLTY is a shared powerbank network in preparation for London and München. This page explains what we do with the details you give us on volty.uk.
What we collect, and why
Venue enquiries. When you apply to host a station we receive what you enter in the form: your name, your venue's name and type, city, postcode or area, email address, and, if you add them, a phone number and a message. We use these only to reply to you about hosting a station.
Launch news. When you ask to be notified we receive your email address and the city you chose. We use them only to tell you when VOLTY goes live there.
We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.
Where it goes
What you enter in a form is delivered to our mailbox, either from your own email app or through Web3Forms, a form delivery service that handles the details on our behalf. The site itself is hosted with Cloudflare and uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them for the purpose above, and we delete them when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@volty.uk and we will sort it out.
